Code redemption error

If you see a message that the code was already used, please send us the code along with a screenshot showing the full message.

We may offer a replacement or a refund (depending on the case), provided the issue is valid and reported promptly.

Delivery issue

If there is an error during delivery, please send a screenshot of the error and your order reference to support. We will help as soon as possible.

Important note

We cannot replace or refund a code if it was redeemed after the order was processed and delivered.
